Intellectual property
It is expected that originating parties will have taken initial steps to secure intellectual property protection before their involvement with the EUNCL.
To share and safeguard critical/proprietary information and data, EUNCL's interaction with external researchers and vendors will normally be conducted under a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA allow the collaborative exchange of key data and critical information between the EUNCL and the originating party(s) without the promise of resulting intellectual property.
To share and safeguard Research Material, the EUNCL's interaction with external researchers and vendors will normally be conducted under a Material Transfer Agreement (MTA). The MTA permits the collaborative exchange of materials and associated information between the EUNCL and the originating party(s) without the promise of resulting intellectual property.
